ID Gene⢠African Swine Fever Duplex
ID Gene™ African Swine Fever Duplex (IDASF) is a real-time PCR kit that amplifies a target sequence in African Swine Fever (ASFV) viral genome.
It is a qualitative duplex test, which simultaneously amplifies target DNA as well as an endogenous internal control.
- Validated by the EURL (CISA-INIA, Spain)
- Includes positive controls to evaluate the efficiency of the extraction and amplification steps as well as an endogenous internal control
- Validated to test pools of up to 20 samples, thanks to high kit sensitivity
- Detects all ASF genotypes
- Extensively used in ASF control programs around the world
- Compatible with most extraction systems and all thermocyclers
- Freeze-dried format available: ambient temperature shipping and 24-month shelf-life
